Superb small Resto-Rod Greg, the assembly is first class.  I really like the fact that you took the time to blacken the grille, it makes all the difference.  With your background and the concrete surface it's hard not to mistake it for a real one and that's for me an indisputable mark of success! ?

Not sure I’d go that far…but thank you for the compliments Francis!

It's a beauty. Great stance. Nice job.

I got lucky on the stance. It had a bit of a wobble so I had to “adjust” one front wheel a bit.? I think this kit is basically the same as the one you’re doing now, so check my build thread for the issues I had.

looks great, Shinny. great detail work. What are the rims from?

Thank You! The wheels are from the kit. It came with these rims, a set of Cragar s/s rims, and factory hub caps.?

Superb job on paintwork, and capturing all the little details. I find the dash to be the hardest part of my builds these days, and yours looks excellent.

Beautiful looking little Nova. Great paint and the interior is well detailed. The engine is kind of the center of the build to me anyway.

I had a problem getting the engine into the chassis this morning. I had to remove the trans cross member I had already installed and trim the back side of the motor mounts to get the headers to clear enough to squeeze it in. Then replaced the cross member after I got it in.

Thanks. The gauge faces should be black, but they wouldn’t print nicely for me.

I like the background in your photos, is that something you built? Thinking of trying to make something like that.

It is just a three sided cardboard box and some craft paper from Michael’s. I have both red and white bricks and use the one which accents the model best. ? It’s not much, but better than having my workbench or washing machine in the background.? I have a service station kit, but have never put it together.
