Painting it Krylon pumpkin orange. First time building a pro street frame. Wish me luck. Thanks for lookin, and as always comments welcomed. More pics to come.

So I thought that the rear wheels were a bit to wide so I narrowed them. Progress is slow, as I'm building a go kart for my buddy's grandson for his  birthday. Just about finished with it. Will post more as I make more progress.

Got the headers made for the PUMPKIN and the interior done. Tried to make a more modern lookin chrome steering column. Had to recess the firewall so the motor would fit. Having fun with this one. Looking for some input. should I leave the chrome, chrome or black it out. Thanks for lookin.

The pumkin is looking pretty kewl and I love that 572 shoehorned in the business end.  How about a shiny Gun Metal for all the chrome.

Great looking build. I like the way the interior looks. You mentioned blacking out the chrome, was this the engine headers? I would suggest leaving them chrome with just a very light touch of clear blue around the mounting flange to represent exposure to high heat and a little very thin black wash where the pipes meet the collectors, only enough to define the tubes from one another is all.
