On the subject of what constitutes a "sentence", there appears to be a lot of misunderstanding.

Misunderstanding could be an issue but sometimes individuals on medications are effected in ways that may make others think that individual doesn't understand the task at hand or possibly a drunken stupor?

(I've experienced the two later explanations)

Tissue after tissue for the past two days to sop up the non-stop runny nose from allergies is making me poor nose sore.
