Nosferatu Posted January 4, 2023 Posted January 4, 2023 WOW! This looks like the real thing! Fantastic workmanship! Dave 1
radiohd10 Posted January 4, 2023 Posted January 4, 2023 i've been following your work on instagram for awhile now, and have to say you do some of (if not THE) best work i've ever seen. i have the mercedes 500 sec on my bench now too - amazing timing, as now i'lI get to pull some inspiration/ideas from what will surely be a first class build! can't wait to see what you come up with! 1
AMT68 Posted January 4, 2023 Posted January 4, 2023 No matter how many times I look at the pictures it still looks as though I'm viewing the 1:1. Superb work and flawless paint. I've never used a black base over Mica Red but will have to experiment since I really like the color you've produced. 1
espo Posted January 4, 2023 Posted January 4, 2023 I agree with CANCON, hard to tell from the photos that you're not looking at a real car including the engine modifications you did. 1
TooOld Posted January 5, 2023 Posted January 5, 2023 Oh my that's soooo nice ! Never would have thought of building a 300B as a custom , beautifully done ! I feel your frustration with the molded in wipers , why they still do this is unbelievable to me . Finding suitable replacements along with decent looking mirrors is something I'm always searching for . 1
echo Posted January 5, 2023 Posted January 5, 2023 This is a beautiful model as everyone said, everything works so well together, color, stance & wheel selection are all spot on. excellent workmanship. Stunning ! 1

rickcaps55 Posted January 6, 2023 Posted January 6, 2023 WOW! and every word that goes with that.!!!! I have been on this site for 20 years and have seen some awesome builds but i had to go over yours's 6 or 7 times i though you were first showing the photos of the real 1/1 car you were going to copy it took some time to realize this was the model. AWESOME!!! 1
Justin Porter Posted January 6, 2023 Posted January 6, 2023 Really fantastic and I genuinely love how subtle the little additions are. 1
catpack68 Posted January 6, 2023 Posted January 6, 2023 (edited) Stunning build and very clean work! I follow you on Instagram and followed this build as well as the other models you have done. Hopefully you will post more of your work here on the forum. Edited January 6, 2023 by catpack68 1
moparmike619 Posted January 12, 2023 Posted January 12, 2023 Absolutely amazing. Engine bay takes my breath away. That old FirePower Hemi with that custom work on the intake is a sight to behold. 1
Andy Oldenburg Posted January 12, 2023 Posted January 12, 2023 Hey Martin, unfortunately I can´t find any new exclamatory words for the beautiful 300B build of yours. It´s all been said by the others. A PERFECT build for the hall of fame (ha, I found a new expression!). I really hope we will see more of your builds in the future. And you are right about the Moebius kits. The 300B and the Hudson Hornet are really fun builds for a low stress level. I´m planning to build the 300B a second time as a stock. My first was a total reinterpretation. Your build has given me a big nudge! 1
yellowsportwagon Posted January 13, 2023 Posted January 13, 2023 THIS is a beautiful build. So well done and great engine mod ideas and even better execution. Well well done. 1
1959 Posted January 14, 2023 Posted January 14, 2023 WOW, this is an amazing build! Flawless work and very tasteful modifications. I would also like to see more of your work here in the forum as I am not in the Instagram. 1
