Very cool! Can't wait for next update. My 2.5 cents...agree with loosing the six wheel, but like the velocity stacks. Build on.

Thanks 6 wheel look good. But I like it with just the 4 wheels.

Cool project! I saw a picture of the original car s fw years ago and thought it would be nice to build it in scale. Somehow the idea never made it to my workbench but it‘s great to see someone else is taking care of it! Your work on the bumper looks great and I can‘t wait to see finished! ?

The body mods are looking great!

When they built this, I wonder if they started with an old flower car.

Im going to say no, this was custom made from a 4 door flattop. Because that roof and rear window is of a flattop. And 59 caddie flower cars only had this type of roof.

+ flower cars are built on a station wagon chassis and that blue one is shorter.

Very cool car! Nice work on the side scoops Samuel. I’ll be watching. I am also glad you went with only one rear axle, much better look.

Cheers, Steve

Nice work, love the direction your taking this.

Thank you. I'm hoping I can make it look as good or better then the real car.

Thank you. I'm hoping I can pull this off and have it finished by the end of this month.

So I'm working on the back end behind the cab. I have this cover that going to open up like a trunk. And also cut open the trunk to open. Just not sure what to do with the floor of the 2 trunks.

Nice work Samuel!  I don’t want to take business away from Iceman, as I just had a great experience dealing with him, BUT… if you google “bootlace ferrules” you can get a package of 300 of those “stacks” in various sizes for about $10-$15. Look forward to seeing how you tackle the rear deck openings.

Thank you. I really wish I know about that before I ordered these. I didn't know what they were called. Funny thing, I met up with a club member of mine and he said he had like 300 of them. So he must of owned what you knew.

Got some Corvette seats today. Put a 59 Impala dash cut to fit. Then a center console, and made a deck lead for it.
