its kinda cool. i searched stromberg-garlson and it seems there some parts from old telephones used. What does the rest of the vehicle look like?

searched the other company thats plaque is on the ali part in the centre too. might this be steam powered as thats what jensen mfg co produce?

That's very clever and most likely lifts out of the way to get to the real motor underneath. There is a wingnut visible in a couple of pictures that suggests a lifting panel. Would love to see the rest of the vehicle!

Yes I thought I might throw this out there and see a response. Redscampi is correct. It moves out of the way. Here is a pic of the truck. I got a kick out of it, the motorcycle was in the bed.
