jjsipes Posted November 5, 2023 Posted November 5, 2023 Just completed my 1957 Bel Air Hardtop. Built straight out of the box except the tires. Found a setfrom a Parts Pak that the wheels fit better in. Airbrushed with Tamiya Red with no clear. Bare-metal foil on the trim. Red and Black interior. First time trying to detail up a set of stock wheel covers, I don't think they look to bad. Really pleased with how this turned out. 4
Horrorshow Posted November 5, 2023 Posted November 5, 2023 Real sharp. Nice to see a 57 done in one color.
Street Rod Posted November 5, 2023 Posted November 5, 2023 Beautiful 57! Great work on the details throughout.
espo Posted November 5, 2023 Posted November 5, 2023 Great looking stock build, lots of attention to the fine details. The fender skirts and wide whites really give it an original look. Like the chrome piping on the seat covers and the dash trim.
AMT68 Posted November 6, 2023 Posted November 6, 2023 Gorgeous '57. All the foil work on the trim looks perfect.
Rattlecan Dan Posted November 6, 2023 Posted November 6, 2023 Really nice job. That Red is a real eye catcher! Nice trim work as well.
Yeah Nah Posted November 6, 2023 Posted November 6, 2023 Super-dooper job on this! Looks gorgeous all red.

TransAmMike Posted November 6, 2023 Posted November 6, 2023 Wow Jason....as a builder of several '57's you have absolutely nailed that one. Great beautiful build?
