TonyK Posted December 1, 2023 Posted December 1, 2023 The 1960 Ford pickup is all I really need. Always thought it was a bit ugly but it's different. 1
doorsovdoon Posted December 1, 2023 Posted December 1, 2023 I'll be dropping a lot of hints to my family these coming months! haha 2
Sledsel Posted December 2, 2023 Posted December 2, 2023 Well after a few easy months the wallet is gonna get a workout 3
chryslerjunkandstuff Posted December 2, 2023 Posted December 2, 2023 Round2 is ON POINT! Holy smokes! 2
deuces wild Posted December 2, 2023 Posted December 2, 2023 (edited) Anyone ever build the Mustang funny car????...? Edited December 2, 2023 by deuces wild

Classicgas Posted December 2, 2023 Posted December 2, 2023 Man o man, if I had any money to spend I'd go broke!
slusher Posted December 2, 2023 Posted December 2, 2023 I was able to pre order the 60 Ford truck I have always wanted. Wouldn’t mind having the John Wick car but it’s the wrong month. Maybe if or when it hits Hobby Lobby. Love the box art. Round2 has it going on. 1
M W Elky Posted December 2, 2023 Posted December 2, 2023 I see a couple of demons and some Mach one funny cars in my future , and how can I resist the Ford pickups . Round 2 has really stepped it up , and along with the awb mopars Ford pickups, and the possibility of a maverick from Mobius . It may just might be another golden era in car modeling. Oh and having the vintage style box art is just the icing on the cake. 1
espo Posted December 2, 2023 Posted December 2, 2023 The Demon and the Ford trucks are must haves. The old AMT redo's, I'll wait to see how much has improved from the original AMT issues.
Engine 51 Posted December 2, 2023 Posted December 2, 2023 The Morton salt rig has all kinds of conversion possibilities. Need at least one of those. 1
Keef Posted December 2, 2023 Posted December 2, 2023 (edited) I’ll definitely be getting at least 2 of the Demons and possibly a couple of the 60 Ford trucks. The 62 just doesn’t do it for me. If it were a short wheelbase truck I’d probably get a couple of them. Never been a fan of longbeds. *edit* just realized the 60 Ford truck is a long bed too. May still buy one just for the trailer but I don’t think I possess the skills to cut it down to a short bed truck. Edited December 2, 2023 by Keef
oldcarfan Posted December 3, 2023 Posted December 3, 2023 I have a couple of the OG Ford trucks, but I'll be getting more!
maxwell48098 Posted December 3, 2023 Posted December 3, 2023 With the '60 coming out having separate cab and bed, I'll not have an easy conversion to drop the '57 and '58 cab conversions I bought from Modelhaus years ago. I'll probably swap in the Y-block engine from the AMT of Revel '57 Ford car kits. I actually built a '58 some years ago and used the entire chassis and short box from the AMT '53 Ford F100 kit. It's like they were made for each other (which in real life they were nearly identical). A.J.
Ken Hart Posted December 5, 2023 Posted December 5, 2023 I'm actually quite excited about the Caddy ambulance. It looks like Round 2 went the extra mile to make it possible to build the ECTO-1A as a stock ambulance. And the decal sheet had markings to build it as several different "City of Troy" rigs, which is a nice nod to the original AMT. 2
