Yeah Nah Posted February 3, 2024 Posted February 3, 2024 Did this years ago. Pre airbrush build so finished in rattle-can enamel but didn't turn out too bad. Wheels are from the Revell 59 Impala. 5
Nacho Z Posted February 3, 2024 Posted February 3, 2024 Nice! The trim works looks to be very well done. Not easy to do on those long side pieces. 1
karbuildr Posted February 3, 2024 Posted February 3, 2024 Very nice build. I like the color and the wheels, excellent contrast, and the rear side glass partially rolled down is a nice touch. 1
ReduitRetro Posted February 4, 2024 Posted February 4, 2024 That looks great! Probably about the nicest execution of a custom build of one of these I've seen in a while. 1
Lunajammer Posted February 4, 2024 Posted February 4, 2024 Wow, beautiful detail. I don't know how you got that dash so crisp, but now I know where the dash for my '74 Roadrunner GTX kit came from. All I knew is it was wrong for that car. 1
XYHARRY Posted February 4, 2024 Posted February 4, 2024 Nice Dodge there Garry, well done. Cheers, David. ?? 1
Koellefornia Kid Posted February 4, 2024 Posted February 4, 2024 You nailed it, Garry! I had my go on one of these kits a few years ago: I always knew these Monacos and Furies are underestimated! They can be so much more than just a cop car or a taxi cab and yours prove it! 1
David G. Posted February 4, 2024 Posted February 4, 2024 That looks great! The wheels work very well with the body lines on this one. The kit does build up nicely despite its shortcomings. I had the GCPD version and built it as such. Yes, I did notice that they both have the same license plate! David G. 1
dino246gt Posted February 4, 2024 Posted February 4, 2024 Wow, very cool! You don't see many of those done up that nicely. Great job! 1
espo Posted February 4, 2024 Posted February 4, 2024 Great looking paint work and body trim. The wheels really change the overall look of your build. 1
Yeah Nah Posted February 4, 2024 Author Posted February 4, 2024 9 hours ago, David G. said: Yes, I did notice that they both have the same license plate! David G. Same car but mine is when it was working undercover. ?
Rattlecan Dan Posted February 7, 2024 Posted February 7, 2024 Yes, the wheels and color certainly change the personality. Nice job. 1
drodg Posted February 7, 2024 Posted February 7, 2024 That is great. 400 4bbl or 360 4bbl might make a nice sleeper. Good job. 1
happy grumpy Posted February 7, 2024 Posted February 7, 2024 Really cool build. I could see dirty Harry riding in it. " you fell lucky , punk ! " 1
1991MN12 Posted February 10, 2024 Posted February 10, 2024 I really like your build. Looks great and the wheels work well on the car !! 1
