Exceptional build, excellent details, and the color is very nice with the matching interior.

Thank you!

DOH! I just noticed I printed the scale version of the model box in the trunk backwards. Will have to make a new one. :D

Good looking T-Bird, Donald. I really dig the uncommon colour. Nicely done.

Thank you.

Great details and your trunk looks wonderful! The color fits well to that iconic body!

Thank you. Best way I could think of to hide the LED battery.

My daughter accompanied me to the Hobby Shop a few weeks ago and picked out this same kit for me to build her, she's 19! Glad she didn't ask for a 1:1...

Hope mine turns out as nicely as yours did, well done.

How exactly did you do that? It looks amazing. Did you take pictures of it or something?

Thank you, good luck. The kit certainly has its challenges. I got the top from drag city resins. The one that comes in the kit doesn’t fit right at all. It was only $8 if I remember right.

I scanned the box after splitting it and laying it flat. Then set each panel so I could fold it and glue to sides. I used a scanned version that came with the previous corvette to make flaps. I actually did not like how much the chrome porthole trim stuck out, too thick and just didn’t look right so I sanded it down and reworked the porthole trim a bit.
