Cool idea and build.  My buddy build a real mid engine Corvair back in the 70's. There was a bell housing that mounted to the front of the Corvair transaxle and allowed a SBC to mount in the back seat area. WILD CAR!

Thanks Dave. I remember those conversions back in the day, but plastic allows us to go beyond what's available and just imagineer!
