This is the Revell ‘31 Model A Sedan kit with a few modifications.🙄 Paint is Tamiya XF-71 Cockpit Green with Vallejo Jade Green accents and Mr. Hobby Premium gloss topcoat . The engine is from the AMT ‘51 BelAir kit with the Fisher 12 port head option. I had a lot of fun building it…build thread here: https://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/topic/196266-revell-‘31-model-a-sedan/

Following your build, I like how you chopped the top and blended the taillights and other body features together. The detailing on the engine, one not usually seen in this type of build, is an eye catcher. Smooth paint finish and the two-tone paint treatment compliments the body lines. Like the contrast between your build and the box art.

Dang Greg...that's a really kewl looking Hot Rod.  I'm diggin the Fisher 12 port head option.  What a drastic change from the stock kit.  Just a bodacious looking ride dude.

Lovely work, Greg. That's one of the coolest rods I've seen on the forum. Really loving the inline six. Great colours, great stance, great style. Excellent stuff.

Man Greg, I LOVE this build! The concept, proportions, stance and level of detail are awesome! Next time though, see if you can include part numbers on the radiator hoses too! :)

Thanks for all the compliments Fellas! It was a challenge with all the modifications, but probably not as frustrating as trying to get all those door and hood hinges working on a stock build.🤯 I actually got two of these kits and the other one had a decal sheet in it.🙂 So I added the ford emblem on the grill shell and updated the photos. Here’s my original inspiration photo.
