nothing fancy or well detailed. Pretty sure we all know how the trim on these bodies can be difficult to do because of how faint they are. The hood itself was an adventure because there just wasn't enough edge to follow,so all in all it is what it is. Color is Tamiya Orange,used Modelhaus American mags and AMT Parts Pack Goodyear Polyglas white lettered tires. Thanks for looking and Happy Modeling

Beautiful paint finish and a great color. The chrome body trim all looks well done. Favorite year model Ford and wheels.

thank you everyone for the comments. The rear window molding was done freehand with a fine tip Sharpie, using Tamiya masking tape I masked around the front window molding and used a medium tip Sharpie and then removed the tape immediately. Also used Duplicolor 1K clear over the Orange,no wet sanding or polishing involved.

thank you again all for the kind words. Even though the AMT  '40 Ford kits have their quirks it's still one of my favorite kits to build.Thank you again for commenting
