Hello

I have just completed this '59 Ford that I had bought years ago at Resin Realm.

The kit has several errors : it features a rear bench seat, full wheel covers..., which are wrong for a business sedan. I corrected the interior by painfully removing the rear seat & scratch building a cargo rear area. I replaced the wheels covers by Revell's '57 dog dishes (they are identical).

I chose an all-black color scheme because I wished to replicate a kind of moonshiners' car, a sleeper with a plain jane look but a powerful engine to deliver the booze & escape the cops.

Awesome build. I really love the blacked out look , I can definitely see a moonshiner driving through the night trying to lose the coppers in this thing !

Sinister, menacing. If that pulled up on my back bumper, I’d be a little nervous. Top stuff. 👍🏻
