Harry P. Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 How about it? Real or model? The answer: REAL!
rolltide Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 Gotta go model don't like the way the dash looks.
disabled modeler Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 I am stumped...so I'm going with real?
mikemodeler Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 I went with real. The new season of Auto shows is upon us and something about this gets me to thinking that this is a concept car to gauge the public's opinion. I guess we will find out Friday, huh? Mike
ricky12 Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 I voted for Model on this one . we will see on friday .
crazyjim Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 I voted model because it looks like a model.
george 53 Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 Yeah, it DOES look like a model, but I can't see someone ACTUALLY ON PURPOSE buildin something THIS ugly, so I'm goun with REAL!
Guest promodmerc Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 I'm going real. Only Toyota would come up with something that ugly.
dimaxion Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 I must go for real . It is so ugly like the "cube" . It looks like a bar of soap . Useful and utilitatarian . UGH..Never in my driveway ..Thanx..
Railfreak78 Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 (edited) It does look like something Scion would do since it looks like a truck version of the XB. To bad the thought was not on the boxy one not the rounded one. The reflections look right so I'm going Real. I love concepts but this one needs some work and paint lol Edited January 18, 2010 by Railfreak78
Harry P. Posted January 18, 2010 Author Posted January 18, 2010 I voted model because it looks like a model. I can't argue with your logic!
Jon Cole Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 I guessed "real", it's hard to tell one way or another
Roger U Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 Just something about the look and a couple of details, I voted real.
ABC Auto Industry Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 Without a doubt, this is real. There are no model kits of Scions yet (unless die-cast models are being admitted into this poll).

Any model is admitted... plastic, diecast, scratchbuilt, carved from a block of soap... doesn't matter. A model is a model, no matter what it's made of.
george 53 Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 BWAAHHHAAAAAHAAAAA, You WILL be sorry! Oh ye of little faith!!!!
MikeMc Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 (edited) Real.... Edited January 19, 2010 by MikeMc
gbdolfans Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010  OK Harry,I went with real on this one and this is why. You are so good with Photoshop and selecting these for us,I can't tell what this is,RoM. Instead,I went with reasoning, this is so ugly,I couldn't think of any of us modelers that would spend time building this.I know my time is better spent building and browsing here.

One thing you have to remember is, I don't Photoshop the car! The only time I'll alter the photo is if the background or the surface the car is on would give things away (like a model on a real driveway, for instance... the scale of the car would be obvious). But other than that, I don't touch the car. If I did, that wouldn't be any fun... I could fool all of you every single time!
