highway
Cool thanks, kinda wish I knew about this one before I started the last couple of trucks but I'll see what I can round up. DOT legal and gotta start from a new kit.....this could be fun! You must have missed this edit Josh! 1. Please post pictures of what you will be starting with. I would prefer we all start with unstarted kits, but rebuilds are also welcome. I will also consider partially started builds, but only if they are not far along in the build process. Partially started builds like these that are nearly complete will NOT be eligible! EDIT: THIS RULE HAS BEEN CHANGED!!! FINISH THEM IF YOU GOT THEM!!! ONLY COMPLETELY FINISHED BUILDS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER, AFTER ALL THIS IS A COMMUNITY BUILD !!! As long as it is not a completely finished build, you can enter it. The DOT legal rule DOES still apply though.
Pollock
You must have missed this edit Josh! As long as it is not a completely finished build, you can enter it. The DOT legal rule DOES still apply though. Oh even better! of coarse I think my wife would like to see more unstarted kits started so she can see them on the shelfs and not in the boxes. Probably going to break out a couple of RG 359's and see where I get from there

cam
Hey guys I'm still around, and I'm calling the 4300 done with the exception of air and electrical lines for the trailer, and I think I will wait for the trailer to do those. I am going to try for some outside pics soon.

cargostar
Finally got the itch to start building again. Heres the first project I hope to finish. A 1976 IH Cargostar CF yard tractor. I picked up the 1:1 out of a salvage yard several years ago, and here is where the model sits at the moment.
Pollock
I'll jump in on this one with these two entrys if there is still room on the lot. RG 359 pete with a box trailer and a COE Kenworth with a race hauler
highway
I'll jump in on this one with these two entrys if there is still room on the lot. RG 359 pete with a box trailer and a COE Kenworth with a race hauler Why sure there's still room, and if not we'll knock the tree down on the back 40 and make room!! I'll get the list updated soon! Nice work so far on the Cornflake, Dave. Also, just to let all you gearjammers know, if I"m slow at updating the entry list or I happen to miss (read FORGET!) adding your entry to the list or an entry pic you have posted, let me know either here or by PM. All the official entries that I have seen the pics of are marked by a star ( * ) beside the truck decription in the list on the first page. I started a new job today after being unemployed today, so I will be working 12 hours a day, and I'm escorting natural gas drilling trucks on the little country roads in this area to and from drill sites that are popping up all over the area drilling for natural gas in the Marcelles shale under the region. highway
21 pix in the last 2 days, Nick. Did you go to the General Lee School of Photography? (Emoticon indicating 'Less is More' here.) You're breaking rule #1 and the only rule from the truck stop staff: THERE WILL BE NO DRAMA STARTING IN THIS THREAD!!!!! If there is drama started in this thread, the one who starts it will be asked to leave and deleted from the official entry list and a message WILL be sent to Gregg and Harry for any drama related posts to be deleted. THIS IS THE FIRST AND ONLY WARNING!!! I started this build for the fun of the community, not to have the community drama come in here. Billy Bob and Jim Bob are in the bar and just itching to throw out trouble makers! They don't put up with drama at their truckstop! (EMOTICON INDICATING 'DANNO GO TO YOUR ROOM' HERE) Anyone is allowed to post as many pics as they want and I say the more pics the better!! Danno
Anyone is allowed to post as many pics as they want and I say the more pics the better!! Well, okay! Certainly did not intend for it to be ... drama. Just hate to see young Nick embark down that path ... I'll go to my room ... I'll say three 'Hail Marys' ... and I'll gargle the holy water. highway
Hey highway, can you put me down for a kenworth w900 also? I started back in about january and made a post in here but I never heard anything. Thanks, Justin Ive been trying to get on the list as well, I have sent a pm with what I am going to build Justin, I will get that added. Jonathan, I just received that PM, I haven't been on since you sent it due to my new job, but I will have it editted and on the list. Also, just a note for everyone, as I mentoned about a week ago, I'm now employed again and I'm working 12 hour days, and sometimes I may not be on for a day or two, so please have patience, I will get things caught up. At least for right now, I'm working night shift and have more free time and internet access while I'm not out escorting trucks, so I should have some more time to catch up. EDIT: As far as I know, I have the listed up to date. If you notice anything not correct or missing, just let me know. Also, don't forget your pics to make the entry OFFICAL!!!! Rick
Sorry, no progress in a long time, I've been out of town for the past month tending to a family emergency, which turned into just a family matter of importance. Looks like I've got a lot of catching up to do! Some great progress from all of you!! I've got a lot of things to catch up on here at home, but I'm looking forward to getting back to the bench pretty soon! Rick
