A pic of my two 86"s from Hot Rod power tour from a few years back...

Zen. That 86 rs is sweet! I have an 84rs 5.0 t top car in special order med canyon red, an 85 rs 5.0 t top car in med canyon red. Both of those have red interior and were built 1 yr apart by the build stickers. I also have a Canadian only 85 gs 5.0 solid roof base model with no air dam. Chrome trim base seats etc. It is smoke grey with red/ black spring special interior( only offered for 3 months in 85) also one of 179 radio delete cars. 150 of those became mclaren coupes. With all the oddities and door sticker to back it up. Kevin Marti figures it is the only one built in that configuration!! I drive it now but will be restoring it to stock shortly. All are 5 speed cars as well

I love capris! Lol

Here's our first year 1979 Capri RS with the Ghia package. This was a V8 Auto car with TRX suspension package. We bought this new and honestly it was the worst car we ever owned. Problem after problem, and we finally traded it in when it was 2 years old. But it was pretty and fun to drive! Just a mechanical nightmare. Photo is the parting shot when we traded it in on a 1981 Nissan Stanza hatchback that became our first family car. The Stanza was trouble free for over 10 years.

My previous car until 2011 was a Ginster Yellow 1997 Volkswagen GTI VR6 Drivers Edition (heater core went bad and it's a nightmare to fix)

My current car, a United Gray 2008 1997 Volkswagen GTI

Just FYI, these are photos of the cars I have, not my particular cars.

Our 1:1 Car is a 2010 Citroen C5 1.6THP Tourer Exclusive with 156hp. We bought it a week ago. I love the Exclusive-equipment, panorama-roof, heated seats, automatically opening trunk hood,...

And my "darling", a small motorbike with 3,05ci :D But a lot of fun. It was built in 1985 in the German Democratic Republic (East Germany). Next winter I will paint it new, in hot rod style ;)

Here is my 1:1 daily driver. I bought this 96 Caddy Seville STS a little over 2 years ago whenit has 86,000 miles. It now has 136,000. I drive 80 miles round trip to get to work so I wanted something comfortable....& it gets an average combined city & highway mileage of over 24 MPG with a 300 HP Northstar V8.

It's amazing how efficient those Northstars are. I had a 98 Deville Concours before the Malibu, and it was really great on gas. Especially considering that 300 HP was way more than enough to move that thing pretty swiftly. Just make sure and keep the cooling system up as best as you can and don't let it overheat.

This is my 1987 Mustang GT that I purchased just a few months ago, back in February '13. Bought it out of Santa Barbara, California. Car was bone stock except for window tint and upgraded stereo. All original mint condition paint, moldings, emblems, lights, everything. Mint interior. 57,200 miles. Owned by an older woman for 24 years who worked for a Ford dealer the whole time she had it so it has had an impecable service record. Was owned by two different guys the last 2 years that didn't have the heart, or the balls, to do anything to it. Then I came along...

The day I bought it:

Two months after I bought it with a few tasteful modifications:

Now this is cool. I would love to find a nice 1952 or 1966 Mercury truck. Down here they are not to easy to find.

I figured I'd go ahead and contribute to this thread. The two Plymouths in my avatar are the only two cars we own. '58 Plymouth Belvedere 2dr h/t, factory big block dual 4bbl car, factory Toreador red/Iceberg white. '61 Plymouth Belvedere 2dr h/t , poly 318, factory Lavender metallic. The '61 is the daily driver. Die hard Mopar fin-atic!

This is my "daily driver" as when I bought it I was using it for work and getting paid for it as well. Now that I'm retired I use it to get around as well as hauling material, plants, bushes, dirt, mulch, furniture, and whatever.

and suddenly it's Geo Tracker weather in Pennsylvania. I need to clear out enough of my 2 car garage to get it inside. Then I can take the roof off for the whole summer! 21st summer with my baby! (file photo from when I still lived in NJ)
