That register plate is only thing, what caught my eye. It looks like "Flat" to me, bit like decal. But everything else is just like real parts, so I say Real.

I know a guy on a 1:1 car website who has one of these, and it's even the same colors except that his roof rack is black. Also, his is here in the States, so it doesn't wear Euro plates.
