This is actually the second model kit I finished after my 15 year break from modelling.

I's a Revell "Special Edition" kit, with rear tires from AMT 70 1/2 Baldwin Motion Camaro. Engine wired and plumbed + throttle linkage from MCG. MCG seatbelt clips and seat belts made from Tamiya masking tape.

Sorry about the color. ;) British racing green...

Very clean and nicely detailed. I "get it" about the paint but that is close to a factory color. Well done, and keep them coming.

Unusual color , but you more than made up for it with the detailing of this super looking Nova !

You haven't lost your touch .

Thanks again everyone!

Nova actually isn't that shiny in real life. Which is good imo, since I think too much shine is not realistic. What is the perfect scale-shine?

I'm still working with my techniques to create a decent rusty-look, but I have not succeeded yet. It's so much easier to do the shiny one... I'll keep paarctising and hopefully some day end up with something i can post here.

I love the color. If I make a critisism, it would be lacl of flocking inside but the awesomeness of the exterior makes up for it

Outstanding! Especially the engine compartment. Maybe I should take a fifteen year break to see if mine come out like that. Oh wait, that would make me 70. Probably won't be able to see well enough!
