I seen your post about getting an older grille for it and wondered about that as the grille in the kit was the same as the first year of the makeover.

Thought you might have found a single headlight base model grille for it.

I had the an erler version of this van kit many years ago. I thought I would get another whack at this one seeing as I never finished the original.

I picked up a few "clearance" kits (for our show raffle in October) at my local HL and another HL I was near earlier today.  

Also picked up the AMT 34 Ford pickup - Sunoco version.

Replacement body for revell 65 Chevy impala Foose came in, but damaged and can’t use it. So $15 down the drain should have just got a full kit. Both sides are the same. It was packaged good just poor choice of packaging.

That's unfortunate. I was hoping you had found a good single headlight grille for the kit. The one in the old ambulance kits was awful, no where near correct.

I know a lot of people would like to have the base model grille for commercial style builds.

If I understand what you are saying, there are a couple resin grills for the older style van on ebay. They look pretty good to my untrained eye.

After a few months wait this finally showed up. A&N modeltrucks new Mack Titan with everything needed to make it complete + a tridrive extension. Now i just have to wait untill i have the time to start it.

They didn't cost that much to have made and I'm sure STS could easily do up a sheet for you.
