mrknowetall
Now I feel stupid. The artist did a great job!
Tom Geiger
That's a full size dinghy that an artist attached to steel tubing sprues to make a life-size "kit". -MJS Interesting picture. You did get us with it. I thought it was a kit on sprue sitting on my patio table! Moses had a Mini that he drove across the sea!
Dr. Cranky
I can be happy with the AMT 1950 3100 Chevy Pick Up.
2000-cvpi
I would take a Porcher kit, doesn't matter which one. It would take me years just to build one, with ask the detail that they have. Not to mention losing parts in the beach
bbowser
Monogram stock car, with lots of aftermarket decals!

mustang man
Hello , I 'll bite AMT Peterbuilt 359 wecker kit . Has the sleeper parts in it . I Could build alot of different trucks with out having two the same
clovis
My kit of choice wouldn't even be a car. I'd like to have a stack of the forth coming HK B-17 models in 1/32. They are only $287 per kit, but it would be fun to build them in all the various squadron markings and colors. Years ago, I built the MPC Me-109 in 1/24....that one would have to be my second choice. Agent G
DML's M4A3 Sherman ETO kit. I'd take years to just build variants from the Pacific Theatre. G
BKcustoms
Definitely the Revell 49' Mercury. I've already built three and I have several more planned.
ChrisBcritter
AMT '57 Ford, with all the original custom parts - I've built five since I was a kid and I'm getting better at it now. Just hope someday somebody will make the wraparound ends for the Meteor grille...
Evilbenny
AMT 1989 Chevrolet Silverado. You can build those many different ways.

2000-cvpi
DML's M4A3 Sherman ETO kit. I'd take years to just build variants from the Pacific Theatre. G After you built a dozen or so, you could then reenact all sorts of things from D Day to other theaters during WWII.
Brett Barrow
Bandai 1/100 Master Grade Zaku 2.0 and related Zaku-based variants from the Mobie Suit Gundam franchise- Edited July 30, 2013 by Brett Barrow
ZTony8
I think that I too would go along with one of those multi kit packs from AMT that they sold through Toys R Us years ago.Maybe the molded in color El Camino,Duster,Monte Carlo set. Ridgeback
Have to be the Revell Unimog kit in 1/24th. You could do it emergency services, military, expedition, hundreds of different commercial, 4X4, 6X6 etc.....
johnbuzzed
The Gundam kit would be a good candidate (my sons are heavily into them and I have built one so I am familiar with them), but I think I would go with... AMT's original '57 Chevy kit. There's a lot of building options in that box AND a tube of putty- even a sheet of self-adhesive upholstery material for seat inserts! There are several runner-ups, too- Revell's Deuce sedan, Ertl's original '68 Road Runner, MPC's '32 Ford "Switcher" sedan/vicky, et al. Ford guy
I'd probably go with the Revell/Monogram 1970 Mach I / Boss 302 kit.................No wait..................the AMT '49..............yeah, yeah, that's it................No wait........... the Revell '32 coupe.............. ......I can't do it !!!!!!!! No way !!!!!!
Jeff Johnston
For me it would be the AMT 67 Mustang.

johnbuzzed
I forgot the AMT Double Dragster kit, most current issue. TWO cars, lots of building options and a whole lotta decals!
mrknowetall
Here's a game I'll revive from another board on another planet, a long time ago! You are going to a desert island and can only have one kit. You can have cases of them to build any way you like, and you'll have all the supplies, tools etc. you'll need. What kit would you bring that you'd be content to build over and over... and why? Me? Mine would be the AMT '53 Ford pickup. I just love that kit and would be happy to build a bunch of different light commercial variations, drag trucks, rods and customs! There's enough in that kit to keep me happy for a long time. Okay, your turn! Did someone say model? This is my choice!
