Frank, GREAT JOB!!!!!!! this looks like the Monogram kit and it's not exactly the easiest kit to do as I just finished one myself . These Classic car kits were certainly some of Monogram Model's finest efforts . Comparing this to the Packard automobile kits , this one was much easier to build . I never got the Cadillac kits , so I don't know ho they compare .

I just won a 1/12 1937 Cord on eBay today - a 2-seater Sportsman -- which I think I'll turn into a 5-seater Phaeton. There's only a 7-inch 1:1 difference in the length, which won't be noticeable. I'll add a back seat and perhaps make a replica of the Tom Mix (original King of the movie Cowboys). Lots of cool stuff like tooled leather trim, a Colt .45 shift lever and boot-shaped pedals.

7" in real life is more than a half inch at 1/12 scale (.58 inch, to be exact). I think it would be noticeable.

Extremely nice. Any more shots of the interior and dash?

I didn't take any of the interior or dash, I* may have to take it out of the case and take some, stay tuned.

Relief. I'm told by a Cord aficionado that the longer wheelbase was just for sedans and the 2-seater and 5-seater convertibles had the same dimensions.

That Cord has always been my favorite car of that era, and it looks like you've done a great job replicating it. Any engine shots?
