After a long hiatus, I'm finally back with my first completed model since last winter. I had hit a major builders block about 2/3rds of the way through the Challenger. I had to take a step back from the hobby completely and let time refresh my interest and desire to build again. Well, a couple weeks ago, I started getting the bug again and pulled this project back out and finished it. It's painted Model Masters Sublime Green, and was polished out with MCW's Buff EZ and Final Finish. I did the usual plumbing underhood and added a blower motor to the firewall. The tire lettering are decals I had laying around. Body-wise, all I modified was filling in the seam where the front splash pan mounts to the body and scribed in the correct location for the pan. Also, I trimmed down the "B-pillars" to about half their original size for a better appearance. OOB they looked like the size of redwood trees to me. I filled in the seam on the hood scoop as well. This kit went together with ease and no issues, and I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out. There are a few areas I will touch up yet, but other than that I'm calling it done. On with the pictures.....

That is really nicely done , in fact it's gorgeous !

I've looked at your photos several times and don't see anything wrong with it , except that it's the "A" pillar that you slimmed down a bit and it looks just right ! :D:D

Nice out of the box build...One of the few Challengers that people mold in the front pan and scribe proper lines...Very nice and CLEAN build...You can be proud of your work on your Challenger....
