I finished this one yesterday. Built it as a street Cheetah from a George Turner kit. The wheels and tires are from a Testor's '32 Highboy kit. Also added a disc and wheel knock off to hold down the spare tire. Paint is Duplicolor Oxford White without clear coat. I thought I'd also throw in a picture of the gang. The 43rds anyway. Sorry about the picture quality. Still struggling with a new camera!

You sure have a thing for Cheetah's.....very nice collection...not a car you see modeled often...that is too bad because it was a great race car in it's day.....a lightweight, mid-engined Corvette, for all intents and purposes, to challenge the Cobra's new found success, from when Chevrolet couldn't race publicly. Very well done.

They all look great. We need a nice 1/25 scale model of that car that costs the same as the normal kits out there.

I second that ! :D

Great collection of small scale Cheetahs ! I especially like the Cro - Sal Cheetah !

Thanks guys! Yeah, I guess you can tell I like Cheetahs. It all started with a yellow H.O. slot car back in the sixties. There IS a 1/25th kit from Modelhaus for 60.00 plus 10.00 shipping. In My opinion, well worth the money when you consider the old Cox kits are going for more than 200.00!

Nice collection of Cheetahs. I'd never heard of the George Turner kit. Looks a treat.

The Modelhaus Cheetah is 1/24 scale and based on the old Cox slot car racer.

I've got one here and while its very basic, and even a bit crude in detail, it has plenty of potential and will build up in to a decent replica.

True, there is the HRM kit, Harold Bradford, but even though is technically still in production, is very tricky to get hold of one, and is not cheap, but very extensive full detail kit
