Finally a decent donor for this '72 Gran Torino promo As for T.V.cars made into kits- Brady Bunch , sponsored by Chrysler I Dream of Jeannie, sponsored by Pontiac

Tom Geiger
Except that John Walton's "pickup" was actually a 1929 Model AA 1-ton Express Pickup--heavy truck chassis, 131 1/2 inch wheelbase, 9' pickup box, single split rim wheels with 6:00-20 truck tires. As for John-Boy's Model A roadster, you can that one out of the AMT kit. Now, Ike Godsey's '32 Ford 1/2 ton panel delivery would be a hoot to have in kit form--think of the possibilities for that one BEYOND the TV vehicle! Art Wouldn't ya know that Art would zoom in on my lack of knowledge on John Senior's pickup! Per my foggy memory of not having seen the show in at least two decades. You'd think he'd at least give me some points for knowing that the school bus was a Corbitt! From frickin' Indiana!
Greg Myers
There is a kit of the mad max falcon. It's very nice:) http://www.1999.co.jp/search_e.asp?Typ1_c=112&scope=1&scope2=0&itkey=mad+max "mad max" from the movie ?
DynoMight
Here is proof that they will all sell! That kit sat alone on a shelf for 5 years in my LHS, no one bought it. I think it was still there when they closed down! I don't get it ahhaa

slusher
It would be nice to have a wagon. I would like to see Emergency Dodge and bed all in one kit. Remember William Conrad as Canon he drove a silver Lincoln in that show but I can't remember the year..

Brett Barrow
Then, there's "Farrah's Foxy Vette", from the late '70's. Been done. Became (or was?) the Eckler's Corvette, which was reissued during the RC2 era.
Dave Van
It was a decent start for a IMSA racer!!
johnbuzzed
Way back then I was actually (somewhat successfully) combining that chassis with an AMT 32 Ford. Don't remember why I stopped. But, I do remember that Honey West drove a Cobra- but was it a small-block or 427?
ChrisBcritter
Here is proof that they will all sell! I just ran the license number of that Mustang through the CA DMV site - last passed smog testing in January: FORD MUSTANG 1987 01/13/2014 03:14 p.m. P Wonder who owns it and if it's still painted this way? Repstock
The show might not be that popular, but I'd like one of the Lincolns from the show "Cannon". I'd like a kit of the Mark IV. Problem is, besides stock, what can you do with it?

Joe Handley
I still think Revell should consider trying to tie their rumored Hurst/Olds to the Motive TV series, since the female lead drives one in the show.

unclescott58
The Green Hornet 65 Chrysler from the 2011 movie. No! Do it right. The TV version in 1/25th scale. The old Aurora/Polar Lights kit is okay. But it needs to be done better like Round 2 did with the Batmobile. Scott

1972coronet
FORD MUSTANG 1987 01/13/2014 03:14 p.m. That license plate number certainly has its place on a 1987 model year vehicle : "2" = "Golden State" series , passenger car "D" = 1987 calendar year issue The remaining alpha-numeric sequence is *arbitrary* . Here's What I Would Like To See ( In Regard To The Original Post ) : - 1971-come-1972 Barracuda convertible from The Brady Bunch - 1968-1969 Satellite police version (RK41-H8A / RK41-H9A) from Adam 12 - 1974 Monaco police car ( DK41-U4D ) from CHiPs , et al. - 1977 / 1978 Monaco police ( WK41-U7A / U8A ) - 1971 / 1972 Valiant Duel
Dave Van
Isn't six million and Bionic made by Addar??? Didn't Revell do a Magnum VW bus too???
