I may have a stab at a model to that effect, if I can find a suitable tranny to match up to the 2.0 engine from the Revell Focus SVT kit.

If I were doing it for real I'd be looking very hard at a 2.0 Cosworth Duratech, being a lifelong rally fan nothing screams epic 4 pot like Cosworth.

I've watched videos on Youtube of this car, I've seen much uglier cars than this, but at least this build showcases the untapped potential of these long overlooked...and under loved Mustangs!!!

THIS is a Mustang II: ...and it's really not ugly... ;-P I think the hood air-scoop is essential to the look, and on this one the rear wing/fins actually make a significant contribution to the aerodynamics... bestest, M. And I guess I must be a girl. I like drop tops and Mustang IIs. Yet I like girls and they seem to like me. Speaking of drop tops. I'd like to Farrah with her top dropped on that Mustang II above. I have seen a whole lot of women drive the SN95 Mustangs too, even the GT's, but really, any of the "slow" versions of a given generation of Mustang could be seen as girls cars. Does surprise me at the number of Women I see driving GT's as well as the Cooper versions of the Mini.

I had her poster on my wall as a young teen...
