Modelbuilder Mark Posted November 3, 2014 Posted November 3, 2014 Started off with an AMT parts pack frame. Body and motor from the 3n1 Model T ford kit, the headers are from a Switcher's 32. The gas tank was cut down from the tube that a touch n flow super glue applicator came in, electric fan from a fellow builder that was generous enough to donate one of his castings. I did not get the fuel lines on before the pictures were taken, as I just snap several shots yesterday morning before the IPMS Modelzona show in Phoenix. Paint is Ultracolor Spearmint toner over silver, Alclad for some of the chrome work, and most of the white fine primer. Steering was functional, steering wheel actually moved the front wheels, but it was too week, and started to cause problems, so I had to fix the wheels in place.
StevenGuthmiller Posted November 3, 2014 Posted November 3, 2014 Very nice Mark! You know I'm not real big on T-buckets & the like, but you always do such nice work on them. Great job! Steve
TooOld Posted November 3, 2014 Posted November 3, 2014 The Mint Green and White are beautiful on this T ! Great detailing and the Thunderbird engine fits nicely too . I really like how you fabbed the steering and plan on attempting that on my next T-Bucket !
Maxicoop Posted November 3, 2014 Posted November 3, 2014 Awesome lookin' T great colors and details !!!!
Ace-Garageguy Posted November 3, 2014 Posted November 3, 2014 Cool little bucket. Very nice. Good to see some torsion-bar suspension on a hot-rod for an interesting change too. And great use of the Touch-N-Flow tube.
Modelbuilder Mark Posted November 4, 2014 Author Posted November 4, 2014 Thanks everyone, I am glad you enjoy seeing it. It was a fun project.
unclescott58 Posted November 4, 2014 Posted November 4, 2014 (edited) Very nice. I like it. A lot. Neat to see something built using the Parts Pack chassis. Still haven't figured out what to do with mine. Scott Edited November 5, 2014 by unclescott58
Southern Fried Posted November 5, 2014 Posted November 5, 2014 Very nice. Captured the "Look" dead on.
carrucha Posted November 8, 2014 Posted November 8, 2014 Neat little t-bucket. Good job making all of those parts go together. The green really pops.

Danno Posted November 10, 2014 Posted November 10, 2014 Excellent model. It grabbed a lot of attention at Modelzona!
Modelbuilder Mark Posted November 10, 2014 Author Posted November 10, 2014 Thanks everyone. I am glad you like it. Danno, there are a few small updates that need to be made to it prior to the Desert Scale Classic, that I did not get done prior to the Modelzona show. Not major items, but I want to add plates etc. My goal was not to go too overbaord on details, so that it would retain a more period correct feel.
