Hi Folks,

Randy, Sorry for not following through on the 'boots'....It was a Tuner Model Manufactory product # 2002B.

Flexible rubber with a wire inside. Of course have no link when I need it but try HiroBoy or Hobby Link Japan.

Thanks JC, I see they are restoring the gt40 that you have pics of in your Fotki album.

The brake discs are from Detail Master. I doubled up on the 'spokes' part to get a little thicker piece. The 'hats' are filed from white metal with rbmotion bolts.

Thanks for looking in !

Randy... I am totally speechless again. Your work is just flat out Impressive. Man you are knocking it out of the park. I know what you mean about time is flying and the DSC is just around the corner. I am trying to get as much done as I can to the Funny Car for everyone to see there. Hoping to have the body in primer for it. Keep up the great work and I am looking forward to your next update.

Tyrone, Glad you are liking it :)

Thanks Chris, Yeah, I was hoping to get alot more done for DSC but will bring what I got !

Thank you Seth !

Hey Tim, Thanks my friend, I'm posting as fast as I'm building (which is pretty slow :D:D )

Hi Ray, Glad to have you !

Thanks Michael, about time for an update on the Bantam????

Thank you Bruce !

Thanks Art ( I knew it !!!)

Update....

Building the radiators up front. For the '69 race this car ran with a 'special' brass and copper rad. for water rather than the ally one. It also had a small oil cooler on top of the rad.

This is my best pic of this area on the real 1076 after restoration..

Randy.....this is by far the most stunning build I have ever seen. EVER!!! Each and every progress post has me captivated and practically begging for more. I know you've still got a ways to go but I'm 50/50 at this point. Part of me can't wait to see it finished and the other doesn't want it to end. Lol.

Sooooo envious. Keep 'em comin!

Chris
