  1. Haha I'm sure I'll easily be surpassed by some of the other guys here!
  2. I've decided to change my entry to a 1980 Ford Bronco XLT Sport, since it will be an easier build than the two trucks. Basically it will be the 1994-1996 Bronco XLT Sport package applied to the 1980 Revell Bronco, with appropriate mirrors and side steps.
  3. Finished my '93 Cobra, and have been waiting to post it.
  4. Haha I'm sure it alluded to Raccoons, though the city has gone down the tubes somewhat. I'm gonna try and get some more done next week when I'm back home from my vacation.
  5. Haha thanks guys, it was a quick build but I think it turned out great!
  6. Quick box stock build. Went with bright blue and black interior, and gold painted wheels for a nice bit of contrast.
  7. Got ya covered already. http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=38605&st=0&p=398132&fromsearch=1&#entry398132
  8. I find that phone wire is too big for wiring engines, but works good for heater hoses. I use fine thread for my spark plug wires. It's probably a bit thinner than the "correct" wire, but it looks fine from any distance and is easy to work with.
  9. Mine's mostly done, I don't have much left, mainly finishing the chassis and adding the details.
  10. If nothing else seems to work, try deleting your cookies.
  11. Hey there, don't let him bother you. Plus it's somewhat slow around here right now. If you want to get a feel for the place, check out the chat where you can get to know some people in real time!
  12. I'm going to be building one soon and already know what I'm doing, but I would like to see what you've built! Doesn't matter if it's the first-gen or the second-gen, post 'em up!
  13. First, I'm assuming you're trying to attach the pictures. Don't do that if you're posting them from Photobucket. When in Photobucket, hover your mouse over the picture and 4 links should show up. Click on the one that says "Image Code" and it will auto-copy, then just come here and paste it into the text box, like this (without the spaces in the IMG tags): [img ]http://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u295/buickgnx88/AOS_40171.jpg[/img ]
  14. Yeah I got it over Thanksgiving break, and was able to get to level 7 before I came back to school. From what I hear, going higher than level 21 means the grinding begins, plus the fact that you need a level 24 car for a level 23 race. The are parts of the game I like (large number of cars, physics, graphics, karts, what little weather and day/night there is), however most of the game seems really half-assed. Doesn't help the Sony basically forced them to include 3D and Kinect support and probably forced them to get it out the door before Christmas. I really liked the overall setup of GT4 and wish they could have kept it similar while adding the new features. And yeah it's great having some Ferraris and Lambos, but they barely added any other supercars. No new Astons? No new Bentleys? 1 new Maserati? No new RUFs? Hopefully they can get some patches together for the more glaring flaws.
  15. I'm in! Perfect build since I've been wanting to build the Jeep J10 from Twister! Last Movie CBP I built the Jeep CJ-7 from St. Elmo's Fire.
  16. Yes okay we all understand your concerns. If you note, the last annoyed post was yesterday.
  17. Yeah, basically it's not so much the kit you have that you like the most, but rather if you could have any kit made to your liking. Any subject, any make/model, any size.
  18. If you had the choice to have a kit made, in any size, what would it be? Mine would be a 1/12th scale Jeep YJ Wrangler. It would be fun to customize and detail at that scale, and then I could also make it into what I want my Jeep to look like.
