BVC500
Thanks! Is Aoshima taking a break? Usually they announce some exciting future kits.
fumi
The Carina really baffles me. Other than it raced in Macau I don't really understand why Beemax would want to kit it.If I were asked to come up with a Super Touring subject, the Audi A4 or the Alfa 155/156 would be my only choices. The rest would be tough sells, eventhough I'd really want a Vauxhall Cavalier or Mansell's Mondeo.

Toyota was either 2nd or 3rd in the Manufacturer's Points during those seasons also.
espo
I would like to do the Audi, because it's an Audi. The Volvo also since you just don't is many Volvo kits.

djflyer
Fantastic! The Audi and the Porsche (if its full detail) for sure. And a Volvo 240 series! Hot * * * * I have some plans for a couple of those.
1959scudetto
As a big rally fan, the Audi Quattro S1 and the Lancia Delta S 4 are simply must-haves !!!
lysleder
Very interesting indeed. It looks as if these kits are all curbside though. Possibly with the exception of the Lancia. Is there any information on detail level of these ones.
Rob Hall
Good stuff...had heard about some of them previously. Looking forward to the Porsche and Volvo, maybe some of the others also. I like Beemax's approach of building race cars as race cars strictly, rather than a compromised approach.
martinfan5
Taking a look at what Hasegawa had on display, we already seen the renderings in the pre show thread that my buddy Nightowl posted. Too bad. It baffles me why we get stuck with curbsides so many times. At least once I would have liked a complete quattro driveline, and I am sure alot of people wanted the tii motor for the BMW. Maybe there will be a diecast I can rob the underhood detail from.
Bainford
Wow! Never heard of Beemax Models before. Just googled them; they have some nice looking stuff.
niteowl7710
The Lancia Super Delta will be full detail. They've shown the 3D files showing the engine back when they announced the beginning of development last fall.

gasman
The Liberty Walk GTR is cool, but I'd rather see the new 2017 GTR. The only thing that really interests me is the Volvo, and the 2002 Edited May 12, 2017 by gasman
