Mopar - D
I picked up this resin Dodge Power Wagon on EBay last month and decided that this will be my next build. I’m planning on making this a custom 4 x 4. I’m going with a 426 Hemi from a 68 road runner and I’m using the Jeep Commando for the frame and whatever else I need. I’ve cleaned the resin and started on building the engine. Checking out the frame to see what I will need to do to make it work.
Mopar - D
I’m currently working on the frame extension and body lift.
Mopar - D
Some progress pictures of the frame lengthen to fit the wheel base and body lift.

Mopar - D
Thanks guys, I’m thinking of going with a medium blue on the body and dark blue for the fenders and running boards.

Ace-Garageguy
Looking GOOD. I love these things. Bought a die-cast to do something similar.
mikemodeler
Nice progress, love the engine update, should be able smoke all four tires with that Hemi! Maybe it's my eyes, but those rear fenders look awful large to me. I will have to look up some images but they just seem out of proportion. Yes the rear fenders have a flat section that should be rounded there’s other issues with this resin cast. That’s why I’m going to go with a custom build and not trying to fix any of the problems. Mopar - D
I’ve been working on finishing up the drive train and exhaust system still have a little more on the exhaust. Also starting to get some color on it to the fenders will be a darker blue.

Ace-Garageguy
Interesting. That's a very good color for it. I would have thought otherwise.

mchook
Nice work! I love these old trucks, I pushed a lot of snow for years with one. I'd like to find one too & build one like my old plow truck.
