Nice!? I didn’t know that Jimmy Flintstone did a 51 Mercury chopped body. I will have to grab one of those.

You did a fine job fitting the hood to that beast. That's often the downfall of anyone using resin bodies and kit hoods. Nice work indeed.

There's something about your build that looks so much sleeker than a lot of chopped Merc models I've seen before.  That colour will look beautiful when shiny.

This looks like it's going to be a great one; already is, so far.  That resin body looks really good. I wonder if it will fit on the '53 Ford frame. ?

It's gonna be nice Tom.
I seems like Flintstone grafted in a 49-50 back window, or lengthened the quarter panels on a 49 body on this one.
Because the back window opening is totally different on the 51 and much larger.

I love that color on that car that's going to look awesome I have to get some of that from MCW i have a couple of 50 Fords that will look great on nice work can't wait to see this one done.
