Those early Japanese Warbird kits where just slap together type of models. I am amazed when someone can make something decent out of them. Even Tamiya was kind'a rough back then as well.
Without a doubt, the worst kits to assemble, at least in their later re issues, are the Revell Tri Five kits. And oddly enough, they just kept making them worse and worse with things like two piece tires!
If you have an electronics shop somewhere near you, get some solid core wire that is close to the hose diameter you need, cut to size, paint black if needed, and install
I don't know, but, I do know that the wheels in the Fujimi 356 Porsche kit are really nice. But, those are not cheap kits for just the wheels

The Vanbulance, which to be honest, I like more than the original.
After looking at the original that Casey posted, I too hope they include the original decals, and that they at least mold it in white instead of green.
