Trumpeter kit....
-
I got this one in a trade. It was freshly painted black and then dropped. It was broken in three places. Fixed it up the best my skills would allow...just small details left now. Built it like a small town drag car with local sponsors.

Yes I believe so. http://oldmodelkits.com/jpegs/AMT 2134-150 34FordPup.JPG

Ah ok. Just a rehash, trying to capitalize on the rat rod thing. Got it. Nothing to see here. Move along.

Yea, not much in that box art is '34.

I have the Comet kit. Mine is representative of the bottom box in your top pic. Molded in teal but the decals are shot and I don't have instructions.

I've seen two posts about it on Facebook groups, but not where to find it.

I'm not a published author, or a world class builder, but I agree with everything that Drew stated. The front sits way too high, it's not channeled enough, the engine sits at a downward (if only slightly) angle, the auto trans with manual decal, etc....yes, it can ALL be fixed. What I envisioned in my mind when I bought the kit and what I have sitting on the shelf now are two very different things, but I am happy with how it turned out. Great job on yours Drew!

THanks!

Built this one basically box stock with the exception of the '34 grille and windshield frame. Just have to let the rust do it's thing for a bit longer and install the finishing touches...

LOL.

Yes, Grabber Orange has been my favorite color since I laid eyes on it. I had an '07 Mustang in GO and wish I still had it.

Thanks guys!

Here is my Shelby build. It didn't turn out quite the way I wanted it to but it's good enough for me. Box stock minus a slight lowering job and vinyl stripes made by wife on her plotter.

Moebius 1969 Ford SWB converted to 4x4 using the AMT '78 Ford kit for all 4wd parts as well as lights, tires, and roll bar. I still have to make or buy front locking hubs.

I owned a silver X11 back in the day. For a high school kid that car really flew.

Thanks, I used all of the 4x4 running gear and tires from the AMT '78 Ford kit.
