  1. That should be a nice set.
  2. What a beautiful model, job well done Tulio. The '57 is my favorite baby 'Bird, you done it justice.
  3. I ALWAYS handle my cars with white cotton gloves for one, I pick these up at the local Wally World in the medical supply area, that saves me a lot of time by not getting finger prints on them, I also use a super soft makeup/blush brush to dust my models, less chance small parts come up missing lol. Since my models are all in display cases I don't have to clean them too often, maybe once every couple of years. When they do need a little polishing I use Turtle Wax Ice since it's clear and leaves no white residue in cracks and crevices. The Turtle Wax Ice works exceptionally well on my Carney Cases also. These have worked for me very well over the years.
  4. Way cool Dan, I love this bodystyle.
  5. I have this one as well, I also detailed the tail lights to make them more realistic, added an outside rearview mirror and antenna from a scrap DM '57 as well. Great score Randy.

  23. Hi Gary, yes, it's from a scrap GMP GTO I have in the parts box. I also have the 455 photo-etch emblem on the spoiler as well. I just wanted to give the model a little attitude lol. It'll be going to the Toledo show with me.
  24. LOL, go for it Snake, you'll like it.
  25. It started out as this. The Welly '67 is a pretty nice model in it's own right. Here's what I done with mine. I fixed the headlight issue, added parts box wheels and tires, an insect pin for an antenna, BMF and some MCG photo-etch and a spoiler from a Camaro kit plus some added detailing. I'm happy with how it turned out. I still have some minor detailing to do like add the insulation pad on the underside of the hood etc, but it's basically done.
