Wow, a beautiful and well executed model has to get overshadowed by the 'review and critique' police. Some people just get so bent out of shape by the truth. Not everything in this forum will be as sweet as a basket of puppies. I for one enjoyed the review and the model looks great.

NASCAR has turned into a snoozefest. Long, boring races. Fuel mileage strategy over actual racing, teams helping their own drivers ( Bowyers spin anyone?). The list goes on. This new chase format will not help. Too some degree it is fixed/rigged. But the bottom line is that it is just plain boring. If they went to single car teams and banging fenders it may be fun again

The licensing is too expensive. Tooling up new bodies to keep up with the constant changes is difficult. The NASCAR boom is over. Look at the attendence of races this last year and the fact that you can't give NASCAR kits away. They really screwed up the sport with the COT and all the changes. Its like 'wrestling on wheels'. Totally fake and fixed.

I read something about this a while back where someone had figured this out. I think it said under the old points system Johnson would have 2 titles. Not 6.

So you built the master but don't know what interior parts to use? You may have a hard time selling these without that info. Especially if nothing from a kit will fit. $75 for a body shell seems awfully high.

Aren't the W925 molds gone? If they are, no mixer or Alaskan hauler. I think the 27' trailer is the same one that is in the double header kit.

Theres 2 other versions of this kit. There is one that has a red car on the box that comes with P/E pieces and a R32 version that is blue on the box.

I have one out of the Austalian KW kit if you want it. Would be about a week before I could send it out however.

I don't have the Longhauler kit to compare frames but that kit is the 378 kit with the sleeper from the 377. It also has a pic of a 379 on the box, which obviously it isn't.

Sold out for good huh? I didn't even ever see it for sale anywhere. I got the last Prostar one from car-model-shop and I got the Lonestar one from the modelmakershop. I wish I had known the engine one was limited edition.

I know there is only a couple places to get this stuff from but my question is a lot of this stuff is sold out. Is there any where else to get it or is it gone when its gone? I know they had some P/E stuff for the Lonestar and Prostar and I think they had an engine detail kit for the Maxxforce. Anybody have any more info? Thanks

Wow. Thats a lot of drilling!! Great work. Did you use some kind of jig to get the holes lined up? What did you use for reference?

How long is the trailer? Did you drill all the holes by hand? Excellent work on this model. Really impressive.

You missed the point. But there is always one guy that steps up and defends the lousy service of an aftermarket vendor. It just amazes me that people buy from these places more than once.
