    1956 Ford

Very cool build Jim, excellent work.
  2. I gotta agree with the others, that old Falcon does look great. Very nice work. It gives me a little more inspiration to dig out one of mine and start slapping it together.
  3. Yep, that's a good lookin' Camaro, well done. It's nice to see a 67 built and posted, thanks for sharing it with us. The 67 and 68's are my favorites as well. 69's are nice, but they're like bellybuttons, everyone's got one.
  4. Another outstanding build Tulio! At first I thought I was looking at a real car. That chassis detailing is spot on, and love it. Congrats on an awesome build!
  5. Well done, Mauricio, that is a beautiful Corvette.
  6. Both are amazing builds, nice work. I love that color on the GTX. I'd have to give the nod to the Torino, being a Ford guy myself, but the 70 GTX/Road Runners were some of the best looking cars from the era IMHO......it's nearly a dead heat for me.
  7. Great looking Shelby, and that is some shine on that paint. Beautiful, simply beautiful.
  8. Very sharp little Falcon there. Nice work.
  9. Krylon's Ruddy Brown primer is a decent match.
  10. Nice build Ray. The black wheels really go well with that orange.
  11. Sharp build, and great paint! Very nice.
  12. Excellent start. The 57's make such great looking gassers.
  13. Wow, that is just flat-out stunning! Easily the best '69 Mustang I've seen built. All the details are perfect. Nice touch adding the rev limiter and solenoid. I'm planning on building a '69 Boss 302 someday as well, and if it turns out half as good as yours, I'll be thrilled. Congrats on a job well done!
  14. From what I can recall (I built mine over ten years ago) it mostly revolved around the tight fitment of the engine and front chassis during final assembly. I can remember that being a challenge, trying not to break stuff. The front valence panel was a bit wide, too, and could have been narrowed up some, though I didn't mod mine. Overall it was a great kit though, maybe it was just my dumb luck with the few finicky fitment issues.
  15. Beautiful build Mark, and an even better story to go with it.
  16. I'm with Monty, as I don't think I've ever seen one done in white before either......it looks great! Sweet build.
  17. Very nice. This kit can be a bit tricky to build, but you made it look easy.
  18. Awesome Charger! I only wish my first car was that cool. Very nice work, and I wish you a speedy recovery.

    R35

Real sharp work, and that is a great shade of blue.
  20. Thanks guys. Someday! That is one that is missing from my stash. I've wrapped up the Bearcat, and have a Wildcat about half built buried away, so it only makes sense that I round up a Hellcat sometime. Don't know why I haven't bought one yet, as it is one of my favorite birds from WWII. Nice, I don't think I've ever seen a bare metal Bearcat before, I think it would look sharp.
  21. Thanks again guys. Thunderbolts were "Total Performance" at it's best.
  22. I was thinking Mopar after reading the titles as well, lol. I really like the build Jake, very different and very cool.
  23. That is a beautiful Hudson SFD. Glad to see you over here too.
  24. Wow, this makes two completed models in less than a week for me. After finishing the Thunderbolt, this kit called out to me again. I had it about 80% completed before I put it away several years ago. It's the Testors 1/48 kit, very basic but it builds into a good looking model. I had opened up the exhaust ports, but other than that it's 100% box stock. I didn't even try to add any weathering to it. After taking the pics, I realized that I hadn't painted the lights on the wingtips yet, oops. They'll get added today. Finishing up this old warbird was a nice change of pace, but I'm sure there will be another car on the bench in a short amount of time. Thanks for looking.
  25. That is crazy cool. Stellar work Jon, very impressive!
