  1. Not a kit,but at least a model- Danbury Mint made a 42 and 48 Chrysler Town and Country. I have both, Here's the 48. It's better than anything I could ever build. Heavy, too.
  2. If you want a stock replacement part,go to edeuce.com. Mike Gradis has the parts you need.
  3. That is sweet! I love old cabovers.
  4. Super nice build! I have those wheels and that kit too. I plan to build one like that - someday.
  5. Yes it is Harry. Thanks!
  6. Happy Holidays!
  7. Thanks guys, that made my day! Thanks guys! That made my day!
  8. And they're still working on those roads to this day.... I'll bet there wasn't one person in those cars talking on the phone or texting.
  9. Great work! I love the old cabovers!
  10. Thanks for posting the pictures ,Dennis
  11. There was one of those 25th anniversary 63 Corvettes on Ebay a few weeks ago. it may have been relisted. It had the '67 backup light.
  12. 1968 Firebird. Verdoro green with a black vinyl top,rally wheels , 350 and a powerglide.
  13. One thing you didn't mention. Do you have gas heat or electric? If it's gas, NO spray painting inside. I used to live in an apartment. Take it outside just long enough to paint it. Not on a windy day,and not by anyone's car. I prefer Tamiya paints more and more over Testot's. Fast drying, and water cleanup. It sounds like you're new at this. brush painting takes practice. The right brush with the right paint (thinned if needed) makes all the difference. Yes,spray paint works best on the bigger areas. Good luck.
  14. Here's my 72 Chevy with the 72 GMC chassis and bed.
  15. I saw that yesterday. Yeah ,too bad he didn't even open the box...
  16. The second ones look like custom parts from an early 60's AMT kit.
  17. Wasn't that part deleted from the kit for a few issues?
  18. I've had this great kit too. love the 60's TV camera! Too bad they couldn't retool it back to 63 with the operating headlights and all of the custom goodies. Oh well.
  19. thanks! I was just curious about it. I had the original w/working lights when it came out. It seemed like it had more options than the one I bought in 73(?). I could be wrong ,I've slept since then. lol
  20. I know kinda what's in the box. I was wondering if this version had the steel wheels and maybe whitewalls? Thanks!
  21. I'd like to see it too. No pic.
  22. No picture here either.
  23. Very nice! I've tried watercolors a few times and know that they're not easy. Great job!
  24. That could be. Wasn't Leno originally from Chicago? I'm in Indiana. I'm 63 too, so maybe it's an old school thing. Some people say 'engine' and some say 'motor' for the thing under the hood. Whatever makes you happy. Back to the models!
