  1. Thank you very much, I shall enjoy reading it!
  2. Thanks Andy. I need to finish this and the '65 A/FX Ebay occasionally delivers a gem. The roof did have a hairline crack part of the way (not mentioned by the seller!) but that is already repaired and it is missing tail lights.
  3. Drew Hierwarter did some good Funny Car articles in the other modeling magazine. Don't think it would be appropriate to post them here.
  4. I for one would love to read them Daniel.
  5. Glad you are enjoying the build Daniel. Haven't had much bench time lately but I have been doing some shopping. Scored this super clean '65 Fairlane. Not a drop of paint ever on the whole kit!
  6. I swear by Testors and my Touch-N-Flow applicator. https://www.micromark.com/Touch-N-Flow-Applicator?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIqveLl56t4gIVF4_ICh2BiQaqEAQYAyABEgL24PD_BwE
  7. I made this one in 1/24 scale. I used rod for the hub then laid out and attached styreen strips for the blades. I used Testors Liquid Cement to attach the blades.
  8. The Gene Snow 1/25 scale kit does have some wiring/plumbing info. https://public.fotki.com/drasticplasticsmcc/mkiba-build-under-c/revell-instructions/straightline-competition/revell-gene-snow-sn/?view=roll#1 Anyone have a scan of the Revell 1/16 scale kit instructions?
  9. Not well versed on Funny Cars of the 60s-70s but have always liked them. Does anyone have a reference source (book, website, etc.) where I might study up on their construction details?
  10. 1965 was a pretty good year. Here are some of the FoMoCos:
  11. Had another great trade with suprafastcelica, thanks Michael.
  12. The Escort RS1800
  13. My Rally category entrees.
  14. Steve, you had some fine looking TROG builds at the show. I particularly liked this.
  15. Very nice Scott.
  16. Nice project Mark. Share the build here with us next time.
  17. Congratulations Tom, a very nice build.
  18. As best as I can recall all the Fujimi EM kits are air cooled. Do any of the Italeri kits have a water cooled engine?
  19. Tim, do you have a link to the article?
  20. I would start a new thread to ask this question, I think you would get better response.
