  1. Thanks Scott. I hope my next Notchback project turns out as well as the Foyt car.
  2. Really like the '67 Chevelle Steve.
  3. He had a great style to his builds. Very sorry to hear that. My sincere condolences. Here is a listing of some of Uelder's builds: http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/profile/576-uelder-valongo/content/?type=forums_topic
  4. Not Group II but Mustang related. I want to build an A/FX sometime in the future and have never been able to find an aftermarket hood I liked, so made my own.
  5. Here is the original issue kit that I used to build mine. It has recently been reissued as this.
  6. I only paint my bodies with spray cans. These are Tamiya TS with no clear.
  7. It is still at the point of my last photos. The effort required to build (2) of these engines kinda overwhelmed and I lost steam on the project. I had also heard a 3D printed engine was in the works and knew my scratch built efforts would not stand up next to a printed engine. Hoping the 3D printed engines will give me the boost I need to resume the projects.
  8. Very nice.
  9. Rhiannon Giddens - Amazing Grace
  10. I sure hope so Gary. It will be a few weeks before I have it in my hands. Its on backorder at the moment and coming from Spain. Kinda feels like cheating Carl, buying an engine that looks this good.
  11. With the Foyt car finished back to work on the Skip Scott car. She is on here feet, wheel opening need more work but I'm happy with the stance.
  12. I've order this 3D printed engine - hope it fits properly. https://www.spotmodel.com/product_info.php?products_id=56717
  13. Very nice.
  14. Very nice.
  15. Hasegawa recently re-issued their very nice 2000GT kit (although it is a hardtop in lieu of the movie's convertible) I would be surprised to see them releasing the MPC kit.
  16. Absolutely Rico, I would be happy to help anyway I can! Thank you for your help with my build!
  17. Some related information here:
  18. I'm no expert but it appears to me based on these photos that the different Stages are identifiable by the side rails and of course the roll cage. Stage I - shallow, parallel top/bottom rail, narrow width chassis Stage II - deeper, non-parallel top/bottom rail, wider chassis, long front radius rods Stage III - same (similar) rails as Stage II, short front radius rods
  19. Glad you like it David.
