  1. Would like to attend but just now saw this post. Maybe next year !
  2. Thanks for sharing the pictures !
  3. Jeff the interior color is Tamiya Light Sand Lacquer from the can.
  4. Started to massage the rear tail section & the side panels together and it will need a little body filler & some sanding to get the panels to flow together correctly. Pictures coming soon !
  5. Nice build of the Harley it looks awesome !
  6. Fred I know the intake tube is a little small but if I had went any bigger I would have had major issues of the fitment under the hood but I like what I have come up with.I was able to get the rear section of the Shelby glued on this evening and it will need some sanding and filling to get the side panels to fit correctly to the rear section. I would love to be able to get more progress on the Shelby but since my work area is in the garage and its summer so it gets pretty hot so the progress is slower than I would like on this build.
  7. I finally was able to put in a little bench time on the Shelby's engine compartment which was attempting to scratch build a custom cool air intake which drove me a little nuts. I have most of it finished now but still needs the air filter fitted and mocked up on the end off the intake.
  8. John hope everything works out for the best for you and I know that sometimes life can be brutal so hang in there.
  9. Its nice to get back on the bench I was away for about 20 years and now I have to many cars that I want to build plus the builds on this forum are just what I need for inspiration when I get stuck on a build plus the guys on this board are the best. Keep On Building !!
  10. Nice clean builds ! One of these days I will attempt to build one.

    Looks Awesome !
  12. Well I ran into a road block trying to scratch build a cool air intake which resulted in about 5 hours of bending aluminum rod and plastic rod with no real good results since there is not much room under the hood to route the intake so it looks right. So after playing with some more ideas I think I have the problem licked now and I will post pictures when I have it assembled.
  13. You must have double the Minion's then John ! Awesome craftsmanship
  14. Another Master Piece John !! Awesome !
  15. After getting the engine mocked up in the engine bay I will now attempt to scratch build a cool air intake system for the super charger which will be a tight fit so that will be my next challenge on this build.
  16. Nice start & the valve covers look awesome!
  17. Ok everyone I have been busy the last few weeks & also took a weeks vacation with the wife and we went to Hawaii which was awesome ! So I have finally got some bench time in on the Shelby so here is the update on the build. Finished the back half of the frame but still needs to be premiered , finished the rear axle which is from the 2010 Shelby & was shortened plus I modified the rear suspension links from the 2010 Shelby & added some rear coils from my parts box & scratch built the rear mounts for the coil springs. I also had to modify the front shock perches so the Coyote motor would sit properly in the engine bay, also added a hood scoop to accommodate the super charger and still have some body work to do on the hood scoop. Thanks for looking !
  18. The Stang still looks good for its age !
