  1. Great looking Oldsmobile.
  2. That thing sure is mean and green. Great job.
  3. Sweet Chevelle,i like the 1:1 too.
  4. Good looking Charger.
  5. Wow! It looks perfect in this color with the tire/wheels combo, and the white interior is never wrong imo. I forgot to foil the seats, nice add on. That red convertible is beautiful.
  6. Amazing! Are those the kit wheels? Anyway it looks fantastic.
  7. Very nice. The sunroof is a nice detail
  8. Very cool hot rod and interesting engine set-up.
  9. Looks great, old and new mixed very nice. I like the exhaust you did here better then the pipes sticking out like a pick-up truck.
  10. From here You could just skip the matte black hood.
  11. I use one of these upside down. Have had no issue at all besides the miscolor of plating on the lid.
  12. This is great news, the 68 and 70 are my favorites. I`m sure some kitchen engineers will make scoops and backseats. So much for getting two MPC kit`s,but it might come handy if i was to try cast some bits and pieces for myself. Maby Model Car Garage will tool up a nice photo-etch kit with options like 500 and SE besides the typical R/T. Thanks for sharing pictures and the write-up.
  13. Thanks! I might go with that color on a 69 Bonneville. After some glaring on Google i get a bit unsure, does this color come in two shades?
  14. Thank you Steve. I build a 66 recently, crisp and nice detailed kit and the up-top is a very nice add on. I wonder if the window-frame is the same on both 1:1 cars? My issue with the Oldsmbile kit is the glass being too thick,so no matter how snug you glue in the windsheild, there still are annoying gaps. Well,i just have to figure it out.
  15. I like these guys style when they fix diffrent subjects. This,Chasing classic cars,Jay Leno garage and Restoration Garage on National Geographic channel are my favorites.
  16. Thanks. I did not think of the GTO,they still float around at a decent price. I dont have an unbuilt Olds or GTO at the moment.
  17. Very nice, thanks for sharing. Fixing a 63 Bonneville right now and this would be interesting to try. If i screw up i`ll just blame it on you
  18. Has anyone converted the 66 Chevelle to convertible? Any good ideas for a good donor? I want to make somthing close to a car in my town, butternut yellow? mild lowered and 18" Torq Thrust wheels. I was thinking the 66 Cutlass for doglegs and boot, arent these built on the same platform? Not a yellow fan but this color is pleasant to look at. Very close looking to this one.
  19. Not much of design help since it`s stock looking. But wanted to do somthing a bit diffrent.
  20. Looks really good so far.
  21. I understand. The stance has a big influence on how i see it. looks pretty good in it`s race-suit,lowered and meaty tires.
  22. That is one hidious looking car. The wheels are ok lol
  23. What is the color called on your car Steven? It looks really good.
  24. Thanks for the info. I am using this article as preferance at the moment GP SJ What a great car and also a manual,i bet it`s pretty fast, this was before the low compression nonsense. Here is a picture of the engine, also it got AC. Pic is small but you can clearly see the twin snorkels.
  25. John and Richard that is great news, those are fairly easy to find and reasonable, Raymond and Steve i dont mind info, just pour it in here. When we first are into nitpicking, does the air-cleaner have one or two snorkles for 69? Pictures vary online.
