  1. Hi Greg. If it`s just thin flash like it looks to be it`s no problem, those tiny parts are very deicate. Great job on the Bonneville, the casting looks really good, thin and crisp detail. Have you tried cast uptops? I could see a big market on uptops, both for those who restore annuals and those into the later Cutlass/Chevelle etc. How do i order the mirrors btw?
  2. Some of the junkers lately: 63 Nova Stationwagon (missing the hood) 65 Polara/Monaco Convertible 68 Dodge Coronet R/T convertible conversion,is going back to hardtop. 59 Mercury Park Lane hardtop. 60 Cadillac 4door hardtop,is now converted to 2 door hardtop with open hood. Havent posted any project thread on it. Some older european: Tamiya Audi Quattro Rally Tamiya Audi Quattro Italeri Volvo 760 Turbo. Fujimi BMW M635I. Love the boxart on these series. The most modern kit is the MK1 Escort from Belkit`s,together with the open hood, hood & BDA engine from ScaleProduction. Hasegawa Honda N360 anniversary kit.
  3. Coming along very nice. Maby not your cup of tea,but i did see one of these on Astro Supremes,as strange as it might sounds it suit the car really well.
  4. Thanks! Pictures would be great.
  5. Any out there making the mid 50s early 60s type mirriors typical on the fast forward look design cars? Would need 8 or 10 pair of them. Never casted a item in my life, and not really sure these tiny parts are ideal to start with. Any suggestions besides rob kits of parts? lol
  6. Very nice!
  7. Really dig this one. Where do we find the uptop and windsheildframe? Great looking rods and custom.
  8. $110 for a mint Johan 63 Chrysler 300 hardtop.
  9. Looks good, white interior is sweet with that green shade.

  13. Nice conversion,looks really good.
  14. Thought about doing a 65 Starfire but i realize the roof section is the least of the problem, the grill and tailights will be tricky. Very nice 65 Ron,i like your vision on the 62 Starfire, will be making mine a Dynamic 88 hardtop, the roof section will go back on 62 Impala as a 4door hardtop. But first i have to finish my 63 Dynamic 88.
  15. Had problems with the ultra chrome, stick too much or not at all, also it`s like it was a bit thicker to cut. I went back to the "new improved" regular and it was miles better to work with.
  16. Great find, the box and uptop is a nice to have items.
  17. Should be a cool build.

  22. Some of mine. This is an great thread.
  23. Got some fixers. The 300 have some tireburns, but easy fix,not painted either. The Riviera is suprisingly clean, even has the hood ornament and nice wires intact.
  24. Looks great.
  25. Beautiful. This will look so good with the exterior color. Those dome lights are a really nice detail.
