  1. That is pretty cool! Imagine seeing that thing flying down the Interstate.....
  2. Very nice, Nie! That paint scheme is a real eye catcher!
  3. I always use very warm water to put my decals in. Others use a blow drier when applying them. This just makes the decals a little "softer" and more pliable and easier to lay down over irregular shapes.
  4. Thanks for the answer to my first question, Curt. I do have another question. Is there any way to get the entry form(s) so they can be filled out ahead of time? I have not been able to find them. TIA.
  5. That is one nice Firebird! Like the others have said, great job on the interior!
  6. This is sooooo very nice! Very clean build. Engine and paint are absolutely great!
  7. Very nice, I like it. It is a nice clean build.
  8. Gorgeous Jag!
  9. I won this kit as a door prize at the Toledo NNL. After seeing your build, I will have to give the kit a second look. I didn't think I would be too interested in it but it looks like it builds into a nice model. Thanks for sharing.
  10. Wow, that looks like a beautiful paint job. Very nice!
  11. I have both models in my stash and on my to-do list. These are just great looking race cars, IMHO. Both of yours look good!
  12. I like everything about this one. I like the color, I like the tire/wheel combo and I like the stance. Great model!
  13. Very nice! She looks good in silver.
  14. You Sir, are ridiculous. Ridiculously talented, that is! I just found this build thread, and when I saw it was started by you I had to check it out......WOW! Every single sub-assembly you have created has been a work of art onto itself. As it is coming together I am looking forward to what you have up your sleeve next! Thanks for taking the time to photograph and explain what you are doing and how you are doing it. Absolutely ridiculous(ly amazing.)
  15. Hi Curt and thanks for the response! I sent you a PM with a link. Please let me know if it did not work.
  16. I am thinking of going to this show. It will be my first time attending. Is there anyone from the club that could answer a question about one of the rules on the flyer?
  17. Very nice!!
  18. I have always liked this car. You did a nice job on it!
  19. Thanks for the coverage of the show, Tim! I had to leave a little early yesterday, can anyone tell me who won People's Choice? TIA.
  20. I was lucky enough to get to see this one in person yesterday at NNL. That beautiful green paint job grabbed your attention from a long ways off. Brian had it at the end of a row of tables and you could see it from the other end. I was also lucky enough to get a personal "tour" of the model. It is even more gorgeous than the pictures he posted. The two model magazines kept Brian busy with photo requests of the other models he brought. A very talented builder, indeed!
  21. Very nice, Ian. That was back in the day when you could see a car on the race track and know who was driving it, or vise-versa, when you wanted to find your driver, you knew what car to look for. These days they change schemes race-to-race, it seems.
  22. You are a building machine! This is the first completed example of this model that I have seen. Nice job.
  23. You've got a nice collection going on, Jonathan. This is another beauty in the stable.
  24. Gorgeous!! Beautiful model of a beautiful racecar!
  25. She is looking good, Jonathan. Thanks for the updates!
