  1. With your talent you might consider brsss model trains
  2. You will find little difference between a 1974 and 1976 MPC Corvette kit. Rally wheels w/o center caps or trim rings are courtesy of the 1968 issue. nicer kits than the original AMTs of the same time frame. IMHO
  3. The CREWCHIEF version was molded in yellow.
  4. Yes a great starting point try to whittle a 1964 Cadillac or 1962 Chrysler 300 with a knife.
  5. They were a few bucks maybe $3 IN 1974 UP TO $6 OR SO IN TH 1980s. Pretty cheap.
  6. I never thought this kit would ever arrive. To show my support, I ordered 3. Revell has done great in the last couple years

  8. when you change broswer the password is forgotten
  9. This kit came out with the 1970 Galaxie cop car. I bought one when no more annual 70 Impalas were available
  10. Whose idea on the tail lights on the hood? That is the easiest problem to fix. The 1969 AMT kits seemed elusive. I missed them in 1969 but found 3 new ones in a store in Oldtown , ME in the '70s.
  11. Destroying the Duster means not available later, nobody will miss the 1975 Dart?
  12. I admit this Revell 1969 Mustang is a bit rare. It builds 2 versions not otherwise available I agree on the .68 Chevelle. I don't even remember it in 1968 when I was a kid.
  13. I think they tried to do the right thing but it backfired; situation became worse after announcing retirement
  14. I have been buying extra bumpers for potential projects like 58 Fords, 1968 1969 1971 and so Impalas incomplete built-ups.It's expensive so I understand why others might not do that
  15. GREAT saves to all of you, countless hours removing paint KUDOS
  16. Be careful buying rare kits. Sometimes they get reissued. The 1963 Impala kit got $200 in 1985 but $50 in 1987 after ERTL brought it back in the Prestige kt.
  17. I agree on the .68 Chevelle. I don't even remember it in 1968 when I was a kid.
  18. Will the TOUCHTONE TERROR come with a phone booth?
  19. I watched tons of episode of Burn Notice on NetFlix and have fotos of that Buick 2 versions of this car; before an after it drove off the parking garage.
  20. why can't Round2 modify the 75 Dart into a Demon?
  21. 2 versions of this car; before an after it drove off the parking garage.
  22. IN the '70s , I did as you say work with what I had. custom or soe modification. I had a 58 Ford an 60 Imperial without back bumpers in 1974. I made the bumpers.
  23. Good thing ROund2 reissued th 63 Vette to provide me new chrome and glass parts A lot of rebuilds will be impossible or have poorer results with Modelhaus out of the mix. I used to hand make stuff in th 70s but they end reult not as good. I made a 60 imperial and 58 Fairlane rear bumpers So so resultss
