  1. I'm surprised AMT and ERTl did low end Edsels (Ranger and Pacer) instead of Corsair and Citation. The Buick was a Roadmaster for example

  7. triple tail lights were the rage back then
  8. AS a kid in 1966 and 1970 or so. , the MPC COrvette kits were more picky in the assembly. The AMTs fit better. Maybe I would feel differently about those kits today
  9. Unless you compare different tools of the same model, you don't see the differences. There is no going back to the 50 year old tool.

  11. THe '65 Grand Prix has the incorrect interior pattern. Th ERTL kit is actually a help there.

  13. This is the Round2 retro box 67 Impala with 1990s ERTL designed kit. The original will never come back as the .67 body was converted into a custom blanked out rear window kit in 1968 The frame and engine is now part of the 1970 Impala.

  16. That 28 Ford is fairly rare. I recently sold a partial kit.
  17. I Might collect some e "for 68s now' but back in the 60s and 70s I truly disliked them. I had a chance to buy the 68 Impala back in 1973.

  20. Does anybopdy know the prototype of the AMT1/25 boat 3in1 kit from 1959 or 1960? It has a Chris Craft inboard engine or so it says.
