  3. This build is a culmination of these three kits, while these three kits are basically the same there are parts that are totally different in each of them, most of the build came from the kit on top but parts and pieces were used from the other two and a few scratch built pieces thrown in to get the desired look. Painted testors white lightning one coat lacquer with wet look clear, interior was done in craft paint, it has been completely wired and plumbed a photoeched kit from Model Car Garage was also used, wheels and tires are from the kit, Pegasus rotors, fuel and brake lines as well as AN fittings and carburetor linkage are from Detail Master the hood is a resin outlaw from Lex's Scale Modeling, Optima battery is resin from BNL resins, fuel cell and amplifier are scratch built. Doors and deck lid were opened and hinged. Enjoy

  9. Thanks guys, To answer your question Thomas, there is no panel line in the fender below the side marker light where the valance attaches to the fender on a 1:1 car just a crease in the sheet metal the panel line is actually beside the turn signal in front but this kit, the front valance attaches right below the side marker lights and I can only assume lots of builders think this is the correct panel line, as far as the headlight dots, in this kit instead of having just a lens cover these lenses have a clear stem on the back of them that fits into a locator hole in the headlight bucket and if its not trimmed off and painted over you will get a dark gray dot in the center of the lens which looks more like a modern halogen lamp but there were none in 1970, they didn't come out until 1983, anyway hope this helps.
