Hey guys, along with starting the Rambunctious chassis I decided to finally start the chassis for the Federici Shark funny car I started awhile ago. here’s a couple of pics of both chassis’s

Yeah, those are awesome colors. As long as I was being wild with the paint colors, I decided to do the chassis in star spangled blue fading into de=ja=blue. Did the wheels and slicks also.

Hey guys, After reading a couple of Tim Boyd’s articles on faded paint jobs I wanted to try it on one of the Revell Chi-Town Hustler bodies, similar to one he actually did. I took the Charger body and after cleaning it up I primed it with Dupli color primer. After about 24 hours I prepped it then I used a base coat of diamond dust silver, starting from the bottom up i sprayed Purplicious purple at the bottom, then de-ja-blue, star spangled blue finished it. I then started with Revving red, then fiery orange and finished with mystic emerald green. I decaled it then used two part urethane clear. Another body done. Thanks for looking

Fish eyes are from contaminants on the surface when you painted. You’d probably have to sand them down smooth and repaint them, depending how deep they are. Color looks great though.

Glad you found a set. Looking forward to seeing it

Hi guys, I wanted to post an updated pic of the Milner dragster engine. It’s just about finished. I did some plumbing and its sitting in the chassis now. All in all I think it’ll pass for a decent shelf model. Thanks for looking!

Wanted to get a little more done on the engine so now its wired, headers and valve covers installed!
-
Awesome job on a classic muscle car. Congrats

Hey Guys, just wanted to post some updates on the MAG dragster. I got the suspension done and its on wheels. I assembled the shot block from the parts pack 283 and inserted the plug wire boots along with modifying the moroso valve covers to fit. The pic also shows the headers and the pre wired distributor. So, its moving along...
