  1. Interesting builds! Really nice.
  2. Wow! Really nice builds. Paint is fantastic and the wheel work is slick.
  3. Welcome aboard Eric, and "messing up" is part and parcel to the hobby. Lots of guys here have the experience to get you back on track though.
  4. I was interested in these too. In case you didn't get an answer Amazon has them. http://www.amazon.com/10Pcs-Mounted-Cotton-Polishing-Dremel/dp/B00N1I1J1W/ref=sr_1_17?ie=UTF8&qid=1419446646&sr=8-17&keywords=dremel+polishing+wheels
  5. Great work. Impressive build.
  6. Very nice. That year was always my fav goat. The rear tires look sweet tucked in under the fenderwells, and the wheels look stunning.
  7. Not a big truck fan myself but my dad was an over the road driver for decades. He would have loved to converse with you guys! I just enjoyed hearing him talk the talk.
  8. Copy that! Merry Christmas to everyone.
  9. The front wheel well actually looks accurate to me. As for the rear I see what you mean Miles. After looking at some other pics it looks like the rear wheel opening is equal to or just a touch higher than the top of the front wheel well. Using that as a guide I suggest measuring the distance from the top of the front well to the table and using that measurement to determine the top of the rear well. Using a pill bottle or some other round object I would trace the rear opening starting at the mark you made. I'm no expert, but that's what I would do. Good luck with that build.
  10. Nice work. I owned a '70 Chevelle 1:1 back in the 80's and they hold a special place in my heart. You represent well.
  11. Nice concept. I'll have to keep an eye on this one!
  12. My condolences to his family as well. I'm currently building one of his engines now for my probably will never be finished XLR. He offered engines no one else did and I'm having a ball working on it. Kinda puts things in perspective in life.
  13. Nice start. Looks like its going to be rad!
  14. Very nice.
  15. Very nice, clean build. Looks ready to run!
  16. Why would you be running that ride on a twisting road anyway. It's made for the straight run. There was a similar vid of a Corvette a guy was test driving and he totaled it too! As it's been said many times in this post. A man has to know his limitations. I would add to that also the cars limitations as well.
  17. Nice car and nice pics.
  18. I hope all goes well Joe. Family first. Everything else is just noise.
  19. Really nice start! I hope your redo works.
  20. Congrats! Fantastic build.
  21. Nice work. I love the subtle touches like the chains.
  22. Very nice. Good attention to detail!
  23. Thanks guys. I see that the skill level is up there based on what's been posted for the 2014 posts. I would just be in it for the fun but I'll push my skills. Got a couple of ideas spinning up there.
