  1. Very nice builds. Thanks for sharing them.
  2. Very nice, you're a true artist.
  3. Happy New Year!! May this one be better than the last one.
  4. Happy New Year All!! My official entry for my first-time Cannonball build. The 1971 Nissan 2000 GT-R hardtop. I will be using the engine and driveline from the C-6 Compuserve Corvette with some alterations for street use. I'll be taming the body to look more like the base coupe than the GT-R.
  5. Check this out for a sleeper. I saw a resin bread truck body on one of the forums.
  6. Welcome from Ohio. Enjoy!!
  7. I've painted a Viper, Camaro, and Ferrari 458. I have a '68 Dart in the box, and a Cobra gasser (kit bash). Oh and a '71 Skyline for the Cannonball Run CBP. Winters are long in Northeast Ohio.
  8. Great start! I'd never seen that edition before.
  9. Oscar, you could always just plug the hole with styrene and use any old generic hubcap or a set of chrome OEM wheels. Just because its a sleeper doesn't mean it has to put you to sleep! :-)
  10. I can imagine what's going under that thing!!
  11. For those who are having problems with ideas here are some ideas I considered: Spotlight hobbies has the Baretta for $20, which could be made into a nice sleeper. There are pickups galore out there like the S10, Bronco, or Ram D50. Police car kits are abundant and can be made into sleepers if you don't mind the extra doors. Model Roundup has an '87 GNX for $16 that can be made to look like a Regal with the right massaging! Wow, I like that one myself.
  12. I think we are on the threshold of a new era in modelling. As the cost of the media goes down we will see more.
  13. Wow, a very good year for you.
  14. I'm in with a 1971 Nissan GT-R.
  15. Very well done cars.
  16. Nice group of rides Dennis!
  17. Nice work. I like the paint and ride height.
  18. Very nice builds. Clearly the work of a master builder.
  19. Very impressive work. This is the first time I've read this post and I'm as impressed as the rest. Even partially completed I've never seen a Henry that bad!!
  20. Interesting builds! Really nice.
  21. Wow! Really nice builds. Paint is fantastic and the wheel work is slick.
  22. Welcome aboard Eric, and "messing up" is part and parcel to the hobby. Lots of guys here have the experience to get you back on track though.
  23. I was interested in these too. In case you didn't get an answer Amazon has them. http://www.amazon.com/10Pcs-Mounted-Cotton-Polishing-Dremel/dp/B00N1I1J1W/ref=sr_1_17?ie=UTF8&qid=1419446646&sr=8-17&keywords=dremel+polishing+wheels
  24. Great work. Impressive build.
  25. Very nice. That year was always my fav goat. The rear tires look sweet tucked in under the fenderwells, and the wheels look stunning.
