  1. Do you happen to have the part number for the Hobby Design kit as I couldn't find anything other than dash vents and a full engine on their website... Thanks in advance, Dan
  2. Just picked this one up on eBay from a local seller after seeing what you've done with it...I've always heard that some of the Fujimi F430s are over-simplified but that's obviously not the case looking at yours.
  3. Where did you get the FMIC?
  4. Ironically I've got four of the Fujimi M3s in various stages of completion right now and have spent a fair amount of time browsing the M3 FAQ on the 'BMW Registry'. Looking at the Beemax offering it absolutely destroys what Fujimi offers, which is a very simple curbside with a molded chassis pan...granted it was originally designed as a 'mover' with a motor and lights in it (which is one of the kits I'm building now sans motor but it will have the lights in it). I may have to get one of the Beemax kits.
  5. What paint did you use for the silver color...it's got a great shine to it.
  6. Is that a box of a 1/25th on a 1/25th on the windshield...nice touch.
  7. Much appreciated...that will help when I start to build mine.
  8. Care to share what it took to fix as I have a few of the Fujimi Porsche Enthusiast kits...
  9. Probably only worthy of a good stoning...
  10. "Your" and "you're"..."to", "two" and "too"...and the list goes on and on.
  11. Exactly what I found to be the case when I tried it too...I was looking for a polished aluminum look and the part looked great until I touched it to actually put it on the motor. I definitely wouldn't try to clearcoat over it though.
  12. I've found that pars from Revell usually show up in two weeks at the longest...it won't be a full 4-6 weeks I wouldn't imagine.
  13. What is the copper color you used on the exhaust?
  14. What base paint did you use for the black and then what rattle can clear...that finish looks awesome "straight from the can."
  15. What did you use for the purple pearl on the wheels?
  16. That thing looks like a horrible casting and would take a fair amount of work, beyond what you've already done, to get a decent fit from the looks of it.
  17. How can you drive that thing with the header primaries and collectors and the exhaust pipes almost dragging on the ground as it sits...unless it's got an air ride in it that thing makes for a nice static display and that would be about it.
  18. Greg, Wanted to pick another one up from you but I'm in no hurry so if you've got other guys clamoring for one I can wait...shoot me a PM whenever you get a chance.
  19. Not a fan of the Vanquish wheels...I'd go with the Torque Thrusts like in the picture of the dropped red one above. Almost "too much truck" for the small spokes of the Vanquish wheels if you ask me...
  20. I got the same kit from Greg and he had it in the mail to me before even getting payment...a good dude to deal with and his Eleanor kit is top-notch from what I can see. A steal at $35 compared to some of the other conversions I've seen for $80+.
  21. Mind if I ask what it cost and how one might get in touch with Greg?
  22. That rear end looks fantastic...appears to be some quality pieces.
  23. Tomb Raider Jeep was a light silver, if I'm not mistaken...
  24. What 'flavor' is your body holder for painting?
  25. Pitties are some of the best dogs ever...my rescue is curled up on the couch next to me right now.
